Welcome to INFLUR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the INFLUR platform at influr.com, including all associated pages, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering, accessing, or using INFLUR — whether as a Creator, Brand, or Agency — you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
By creating an account or using any part of the INFLUR platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation Policy. These Terms apply to all users including Creators, Brands, and Agencies.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

INFLUR reserves the right to refuse access to any individual or entity that does not meet these requirements or that provides false or misleading information.

As a Creator on INFLUR, you agree to the following:
Content rights remain with the creator until the brand approves the content and payment is confirmed. Upon payment, full commercial usage rights transfer to the brand.
As a Brand or Agency on INFLUR, you agree to the following:
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the INFLUR platform:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal from the Platform without refund.
Brands deposit the full campaign budget before selecting a creator. Funds are held in escrow by INFLUR and released to the creator automatically upon brand approval of the delivered content.
Brands pay the agreed package fee to INFLUR before work begins. INFLUR manages all creator payments from within this fee. A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the campaign.
For self-serve campaigns, INFLUR charges a platform fee added to the campaign budget at checkout. This fee is paid by the brand. Creators always receive the full agreed campaign amount with no deductions.
Creator payments are processed via our third-party payment provider to the bank account or digital wallet provided at registration. INFLUR is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors or banking institutions.
All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points include:

All platform content, design, code, trademarks, and branding including the INFLUR name and logo are the intellectual property of INFLUR and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Creator content submitted through campaigns remains the intellectual property of the creator until payment is confirmed and the brand approves the content. Upon successful payment, full commercial usage rights transfer to the brand for the purposes agreed in the campaign brief.
Rejected content — content that a brand does not approve — remains the intellectual property of the creator at all times. INFLUR does not claim ownership over any creator content submitted through the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, INFLUR shall not be liable for:
INFLUR's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to INFLUR in the 3 months preceding the claim.
INFLUR reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time for the following reasons:
Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support@influr.com. Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations or active campaign agreements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
For users located in KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Jordan, or Lebanon — UAE law governs all platform interactions.
