- Profile data: social media handles, follower counts, niche categories, portfolio links, and pricing information.
- Payment data: billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers directly.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, and browser/device information.
- Communications: messages sent through our contact forms or support channels.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide, operate, and improve the INFLUR platform.
- Match brands with relevant creators based on niche, audience, and pricing.
- Process payments and manage subscription plans.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, campaign notifications, account alerts).
- Respond to support requests and inquiries.
- Detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform:
Stripe
Payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe processes all card data under its own PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
